Construction work opens in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM: State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak opened the construction work of Sheikh Kamal IT Business Incubator Centre in Chandgaon area of the city on Saturday, reports BSS.

The long-awaited six-storied incubator centre will be built on 1.71 acres of land in the city’s FIDC road of Chandgaon area with an estimated cost of Taka 46.76 crore.

The IT business incubator is scheduled to be completed by December, 2021, project director Mohammad Mostafa Kamal told BSS.

The project is being implemented under the supervision of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, Kamal added.

Sheikh Kamal IT Business Incubator center is being set up in the port city to create successful entrepreneurs in the country’s IT sector, increase its capacity to build digital Bangladesh and earn foreign currency.
