The Police Reform Commission (PRC) has urged the people to share their opinions by 15 November on the kind of police force they want as the interim government has initiated a process to make the force pro-people and service-oriented.
"Give your valuable opinions by filling up a questionnaire by clicking the link – (https://forms.gle/kcXcL247eTbp3fHk6) or by exploring the police reform commission’s website at: www.prcmhapsd.gov.bd," said a handout issued Sunday.
The opinions will be kept secret and will be used only for the purpose of reforming the police force, it said.
The handout further said police reform is now the demand of time as the recent violent activities of some police members against the student-people movement in July-August is being highly criticised at home and abroad.
"So, the government has formed the Police Reform Commission and its activities are now going on," it said.
