A fire that broke out at a multi-storey building in the capital’s Greem road on Friday morning, has been doused.
The fire originated around 10:00am on the 5th floor of 14-storey RS Tower. Four firefighting units rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control at 11:20am.
Earlier on Thursday, a major fire broke out at 11-storey Rahat Tower in the Bangla Motor area of Dhaka on Thursday morning.
The fire originated around 11:00am on the 10th floor of the 11-storey Rahat Tower. Eleven firefighting units rushed the spot and brought the fire under control 12:30pm.
