Bashundhara Multi Trading Ltd and Abdul Monem Group Ltd signed an agreement to supply higher quality stones.
As per the deal, the Monem Group will use the stones of its various projects supplied by Bashundhara Multi Trading Ltd, a sister concern of country’s leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group.
Bashundhara Group vice chairman Safwan Sobhan Tasvir and Abdul Monem Group deputy managing director ASM Mainuddin Monem signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations on Monday.
The signing ceremony was held at the office of Abdul Monem Group Ltd at Karwan Bazar in the capital.
After signing the deal, Bashundhara Group vice chairman Safwan Sobhan Tasvir said, “The construction companies may rely on the stone supplied by Bashundhara Multi Trading Ltd as it maintains high quality.”
“The deal, we signed today, would be a milestone. And we are very happy. Already, we signed another agreement on cement. We will continue work with our resources for the infrastructure development of the country”, Safwan Sobhan said .
The signing ceremony was attended by Abdul Monem Group Ltd managing director Abdul Monem, director Dr Farhana Monem, director engineer Abid Habib, director engineer AKM Aktarujjaman, procurement specialist (finance) Brig. Gen Faruk Ahmed Chowdhury.
Those who attended from Bashundhara Group were chief financial officer Mirza Mujahidul Islam (Sector-C), chief marketing officer (Cement) Khandaker Kingshuk Hossain, head of marketing (Sector-C) Md Toufiq Hasan and AGM (Sales) AKM Rashed Uddin.
