The number of dengue cases has been increasing day by day in the country with 29 more dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals across the country, including Dhaka, in last 24 hours.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), a total of 288 dengue patients were hospitalised in eight days while no death was reported during the time.

According to the DGHS, 22 patients were reported on Friday, 49 on Saturday and 42 on Sunday, 32 on Monday, 46 on Tuesday and 32 patients on Wednesday and 31 patients on Thursday.
