Pathao records highest complain settlement rate

Pathao has retained its top position at the list of national and international e-commerce companies operating in the country in terms of consumer grievance redressal rates.

The country's leading Digital services platform has a 99.25 per cent grievance redressal rate. This information has come up in a recent report published by the Department of National Consumer Protection, a government organisation.

According to the Department of Consumer Affairs, between July 1, 2017 and August 31, 2021, consumers filed a total of 19,304 complaints against 21 national and international e-commerce companies.

Of these, 12257 complaints have been settled by the companies mentioned, the overall percentage of complaint settlement is 63.49 per cent.
