The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has solved the mystery shrouding the recent murder of a teenage Kazi Golam Rasul in Magura after arresting the alleged killer Sajib Mia, from Narsingdi on Monday.

Sajib stabbed his friend Rasul to death over playing a game called PUBG on mobile phone.

Mukta Dhor, special superintendent of police (LIC) of the CID, briefed this to the reporters at the CID Headquarters in the capital on Tuesday.

Sajib stabbed Rasul, a nine-grader of Alhaz Kazi Abdul Waheed High School, in Palita Dakkhinpara village of Beroil of the sadar upazila at about 8:45pm on July 27.
