Foundation stone of FF Ayub Ahmad School laid in Anowara UZ

The foundation stone of Freedom Fighter (FF) Ayub Ahmad School was laid at Maizpara village of Haildhar union under Anowara upazila of Chattogram. 

Aziz Ahmad, a Bangladeshi American, who is keen to establish the school by the name of his late father Ayub Ahmad, who was a brave freedom fighter and served as a primary teacher.

Bashir Ahmed Chowdhury, former Chairman of Haildhar Union Parishad inaugurated the construction work of school building.

Md Abdul Karim, Former Principal Secretary, Bangladesh Government, Major Gen ATM Abdul Wahab, Former MP and Chairman, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, Nazrul Islam Khan, Former Education Secretary and Curator, Bangabandhu Museum and Professor Pradip Kumar Chakraborty, Chairman, Chattogram Education Board joined virtually to grace the programme. 

All of them praised Aziz Ahmad for taking such a noble philanthropic initiative for the children of the village he himself hails from.   

Md Nazim Uddin, UP chairman of Haildhar was also present along with other senior people of the community. The also lauded the endeavor taken by Aziz Ahmad and his family. 

Aziz Ahmad is the founder and chief executive of UTC Associates, a USA based IT company.
