Unilever launches Vaseline Healing Project

Unilever Bangladesh brand ambassador and eminent actress Bipasha Hayat speaks at the inaugural ceremony of the Vaseline Healing Project 2019 at the capital’s Bashundhara City Shopping Complex the city on Sunday.

Unilever Bangladesh Limited, the only producer of pure Vaseline petroleum jelly in Bangladesh, on Sunday launched its “Vaseline Healing Project-2019” for the fourth time.

Actress Bipasha Hayat, brand ambassador for the project, inaugurated the ceremony at Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in the capital.

She said the Vaseline set up kiosk in 40 different places of the capital including Bashundhara City, where people will be able to donate small jar of Vaseline for the underprivileged people of the country.

The launch will be followed by a health camp, where underprivileged people will have access to free checkup by professional dermatologists. They will also be provided with jars of petroleum jelly collected at the 40 touch points, she said.

“We all have responsibilities to stand by the underprivileged people of the country and keep the people safe from the diseases through helping them,” said Bipasha.

She urged people to stand by the underprivileged people through donating Vaseline jars at the 40 kiosks in the capital.

Vaseline launched its first healing campaign in North Bengal in 2016 in order to combat and heal skin-related problems of the underprivileged people.
