One more arrested for attacking cops

CHATTOGRAM: Police on Sunday arrested one more accused in the case filed in connection with attack on-duty traffic police in the city’s New Market area on August 12. 

The arrestee was identified as Md Amir Farhad Ador, 27, son of Amir Ahmed of the city’s New Market area.

Inspector (Investigation) Md Kamruzzaman of Kotwali Police Station said on information, they arrested accused Ador from the city’s Sadarghat Morr in the early morning.    With Ador, two identified accused out of the total six were arrested in this connection so far, he said.     

The other accused were identified as Shibu Bhattacharya, Enamul Hoque, Rassel Uddin Joy, Faisal and Mehraj.
