A fire that broke out in the basement of a seven-storey building in the capital's Farmgate has been brought under control.
According to the Fire Service and Civil Defence, the fire broke out around 9:30am at a warehouse in the basement, said Anwarul Islam, a warehouse inspector at the FSCD headquarters media cell.
Five firefighting units rushed to the scene and brought the blaze under control.
No casualties were reported.
