Gas supply has remained halted in Moulvibazar on Sunday for emergency maintenance of pipeline.

In a press note, Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Ltd (JGTDSL) said gas supply remains suspended from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

M Sanowar Hossain, executive engineer of Jalalabad Gas Regional Distribution Office, Moulvibazar, said gas supply for all consumers in Moulvibazar is off due to the tie-in works of gas pipeline.

Apart from this, gas supply will also be suspended in Sreemangal and Kamalganj upazilas on Monday.

Duration of suspension can vary depending on technical reason.

JGTDSL expressed apology for the temporary inconvenience of the consumers.
