Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations under eight education boards of the country will begin in the country on Thursday (August 17).
On the first day of the exams, Bangla first paper will be held.
However, some 3 lakh 50 thousand students of three education boards whose exams were postponed due to floods will have to wait for another 10 days to sit for the HSC exam.
The HSC exams under 11 education boards were supposed to commence across the country on Thursday. To appear in the exams, a total of 13 lakh 59 thousand 342 students filled the forms to appear the exams.
