About 84,000 patients received treatment at the outdoor of the National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital (NICRH) in the capital in three years (2018, 2019 and 2020). Of them, 43 percent patients were diagnosed with cancer primarily, according to a media report.
As per the information, some 83,795 patients received treatment of the NICRH’s outdoor department. Of them, 35,733 (around 43 percent) were detected as cancer patients.
The detailed data will be highlighted by a physician concerned at a programme to be organised at the auditorium of the hospital on December 7 (Wednesday).
