159 Bangladeshis return from Myanmar Thursday

More 159 human trafficking victims, nationals of Bangladesh, will be brought back home from Myanmar on Thursday.

 

Quoting Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB)-17 commanders Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Rabiul Islam Rabi, banglanews publishes the news on Wednesday.

 

According to the Lt Col Rabiul Islam, more 159 people out of 727 migrants, who were rescued by Myanmar navy, have been identified as Bangladeshis. The Bangladeshi migrants will be brought back home on Thursday, he added.

 

The migrants will return following a flag meeting between BGB and Myanmar Boarder Guard Police (BGP) will be held at Ghumdhum frontier at 11:00am on Thursday, he further said.
