Member of Parliament of reserved women's seat from Rajbari Salma Chowdhury who was tested positive for coronavirus has been taken to Dhaka for better treatment.

A helicopter of Bangladesh Air Force carrying her landed in Dhaka at 15:07pm on Monday, according to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).   

The ruling AL MP was found infected with the coronavirus on Sunday night during her stay in Rajbari.
