Recipe for Coconut Raspberry Smoothie

You will need:
1 cup frozen raspberries (you can also use fresh berries, but add 1 cup ice).Raspberries will be available in places like Meena Bazar, Agora, etc.
1 young coconut, water strained and meat scooped out or 8 oz. coconut milk
2 tablespoons of cacao nibs or cacao powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

This smoothie is not only refreshing but it rejuvenates us. having as much raw and fresh vegetables and fruits we can is simply great. Food isn’t just calories, it’s information.
