The picture shows an abandoned house from the Ashrayan Project located in the Majherchar area of Pathorghata upazila in Barguna. Although 60 houses were constructed for landless individuals in this area, only three families currently reside there, while the rest have moved elsewhere. The remaining residents have reported that the houses began to collapse just two years after their construction, which was attributed to the use of substandard materials.
