Chief of Army Staff Gen Waker-Uz-Zaman on Sunday urged the personnel of the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) Corps to be prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.
He emphasised the importance of receiving modern and up-to-date training to effectively tackle these challenges.
In his address as the chief guest at the “EME Annual Captain Conference 2024” and the "12th Colonel Commandant" event at Saidpur Cantonment in Nilphamari, the Army chief further said that each personnel should create a unique legacy through their service to the country.
He also provided various instructions to the corps’ captains and other officers regarding the development of the Army.
