Kolkata Knight Riders are expecting to have in-form Bangladesh batter Liton Das in their dressing room from their next home game at Eden Gardens, scheduled on April 14 against Hyderabad Sunrisers.
Liton is expected to leave Dhaka for Kolkata today on a flight of 09APR DAC-CCU at 07:15pm. “We are in Ahmedabad only until tomorrow, and it’s an afternoon game,” a KKR official said on Saturday.
“So he will be joining us directly in Kolkata from Dhaka and available from our next home game,” he said. Liton is expected to return home before May 1 as Bangladesh are scheduled to leave for England to play three ODIs against Ireland, which is part of the ICC Super League.
