Bangladeshi artist Mahfuzur Rahman has achieved the prestigious UAE Golden Residency- cultural Visa from Dubai Culture for his creative artworks.
The cultural visa is a special initiative of the UAE Government to encourage foreign talents and provide them with long-term residency in the country, says a press release.
