Thai golfer Danthai clinches Bangabandhu Cup Golf title

Thai golfer Danthai Boonma clinched the title of 6th Bangabandhu Cup Golf Open 2022 carding 13-under-par 271 (68, 70, 65, 68) after the fourth and final round at the Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital on Sunday.

The other two Thai golfers Kosuke Hamamoto and Rattanon Wannasrichan ended second and third respectively with 12-under-par 272 (66, 69, 67, 70) and 10-under-par 274 (71, 66, 70, 67).

Bangladesh ace golfer Siddikur Rahman shared fourth place along with three other golfers scoring 7-under-par 277 (69, 66, 72, 70) each.

Another local golfer Jamal Hossain shared eighth place along with three other golfers scoring 6-under-par 278 (68, 69, 69, 72) each while Badal Hossain ranked 14th along with four golfers scoring 4-under-par 280 (68, 70, 69, 73) each.
