Banglalink has opened a digitally-equipped advanced Learning Centre for its employees at its head office in the capital.
The learning centre will provide the learners with enhanced learning experiences through both hybrid and traditional learning facilities, said a press release.
Erik Aas, Chief Executive Officer, Banglalink, and Monzula Morshed, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, Banglalink were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
The Learning Centre includes multiple sections such as Digital and Automation, Data Science, Leadership and Culture, Business Excellence, Business Risk, Project Management, and Technology Excellence, which will ensure all-around skill development of Banglalink employees.
Multiple touch screen interactive panels and breakout options of the centre will give immersive learning experiences to them as well.
Banglalink will continue to take initiatives to upskill its workforce as part of its objective to become a future-proof organisation.
