RANGPUR: Ninety-seven physically challenged people became happy getting blankets on Thursday at a function held on Badarganj upazila parishad premises in the district.
Badarganj Upazila Social Service Officer of the Department of Social Services (DSS) Md Golam Faruk attended the function and distributed the blankets among disabled people as the chief guest.
