BNP Secretary General on Sunday said the incumbent Awami League government is involved in conspiracy to incite violence between two religious communities for making political gains.
“The government is concerned in conspiracy to gain political advantage by disrespecting the Holy Qur'an, provoking attacks, vandalism and clashes without providing security to the puja mandaps and temples and taking lives of general working people. They are trying to provoke a clash between the two religious groups,” he said.
“The policy of fishing in troubled water through creating chaotic situation has turned into Awami League’s history and tradition. Standing on the dead body of democracy, the government wants to gain the attention of the international community by playing the role of savior in the violent bloody situation,” he said. Mirza Fakhrul said nothing can be kept hidden in the current time. The truth will be exposed through uncovering the incident.
