Biman resumes flight on Dhaka-Abu Dhabi route

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has resumed flight operation on Dhaka-Abu Dhabi route on Sunday while the national flag carrier will recommence flight on Dhaka-Dubai route today.

The Abu Dhabi-bound Biman flight was scheduled to leave Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka at 11:55pm on Sunday night and the Dubai-bound Biman flight is scheduled to depart Dhaka at 8:20pm today (Monday), said Tahera Khandaker, deputy general manager (public relations) of Biman.

Biman will operate two flights a week on the Dhaka-Abu Dhabi route and five flights a week on the Dhaka-Dubai route.

According to the airliner, regular direct flights will be operated on the Dhaka-Abu Dhabi route every Sunday and Thursday and on the Dhaka-Dubai route every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Tickets can be purchased from any sales office of the aircraft.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines Deputy General Manager has said that those who have already booked tickets can re-issue tickets without any charge.
