Nat’l booters begin practice in Qatar

Bangladesh national football team started their practice in Qatar ahead of their upcoming FIFA, AFC joint qualifiers after all the members of the contingent tested corona negative on Saturday.

The players completed an indoor practice session in the morning before they took part in the outdoor session at Qatar University playground in the afternoon.

“We gave samples yesterday (Friday) and all of us tested negative. We started an on-field practice session today (Saturday),” Bangladesh team manager Iqbal Hossain said.

The men in red and green will play the remaining three matches of FIFA, AFC joint qualifiers against Afghanistan, India and Oman on June 3, 7 and 15 respectively at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha.
