Emirates will resume its services to Mexico City via Barcelona from July 2, 2021.
Four flights a week will be operated on the Barcelona- Mexico City route with a two-class Boeing 777-200LR which offers 38 Business Class seats and 264 seats in Economy Class, said a press release.The resumed service between Dubai-Barcelona-Mexico will serve Emirates’ customers in Mexico and offer more choice to travellers heading from Europe, India, South East Asia and the Middle East via Dubai or Barcelona.
Emirates has safely and gradually restarted operations across its network. Since July Dubai is open for international business and leisure visitors. Mexico remains open for tourists and visitors as well.
To bring back confidence in air travel and give assurance to passengers During Covid-19 pandemic Emirates has been offering flexible booking policies. Customers holding tickets issued before 30 September 2020 for travel before December 31, 2021, can now rebook to travel anytime within 36 months, an extension of 12 months from the previous policy. Those holding tickets issued after October 1, 2020 for travel before December 31, 2021, can utilise their tickets anytime within 36 months from the date of their original booking.
All Emirates customers are entitled to airline’s multi-risk travel insurance and Covid-19 cover. This cover is offered by Emirates on all tickets purchased on or from December 1, 2020.
