United States-based transportation network company DRiViLL has formally launched operations in Dhaka through ride-sharing service.
Member of Parliament Nazrul Islam Babu connected to the launching ceremony as chief guest while via videoconference while formal launching programme held at Lakeshore Hotel at Gulshan recently, said a news release.DRiViLL Founder and chief executive Mohammad Wahid Ujjal attended virtually from United States. Wahid said the main goal of the company is to gain the trust of the passengers with their service and sincerity in the competitive market.
Due to the pandemic, ride-sharing services are closed around the country except in Dhaka in line with the government instructions.
Therefore, DRiViLL’s activities will start in the capital for now. However, officials informed that anyone can go any part of Bangladesh through its intercity service.
