Country loses 74 docs

One more doctor died from cronavirus infection in the country raising the total death toll to 74.

Dr Md Mostaq Hossain Ansari, former professor at the community medicine department of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH), died of Covid-19 at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of RMCH at 12.30pm of Monday while undergoing treatment, said Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA).

However, around 7,442 health professionals, including physicians and nurses, have so far been infected with the novel coronavirus across the country.
