Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) launched a new virtual technical and physical fitness programme named ‘Make It Count’ for their women booters who have been out of football for a long time in the wake of pandemic countrywide.
All BFF female booters -- split into their age categories – will take part in the development programme under the supervision of women team head coach Golam Choton, assistant coach Mahabubur Rahman Litu, head of women football Suinu Pro Marma and Mahmuda Akter. BFF will motivate booters and closely monitor booters daily activities, rest time and nutrition through the programme.BFF women wing chairman and executive committee member Mahfuza Akhtar Kiran told media on Tuesday, “Our women players must be conscious about their fitness and health amid these unprecedented times. Hopefully, we will be able to support them through our development programme, so that they can keep themselves fit. However, we wish to get back on the pitch as soon as possible.”
