100 marks on liberation war, Bangabandhu affairs in BCS exam: Mozammel

Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq on Friday said that there will be 100 marks on liberation war and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman affairs in BCS written examinations.

The minister came up with the remark while addressing a discussion at National Press Club organised by Muktijoddha Foundation to mark the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members.

He said, “Memorials will be constructed at the places where we have fought against the invading forces and the places of Bodhyo Bhumi across the country.

“The names of all roads across the country including Dhaka city will be named after the freedom fighters,” he added.

Muktijoddha Foundation President Gazi Md Delwar Hossain presided over the programme while Bangladesh Medical Association President Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin and Secretary General Nazrul Islam Bablu spoke, among others.
