bKash, Addie Soft ink deal

bKash Limited, the largest mobile financial service provider in the country, signed an agreement recently with Addie Soft Ltd, an education software management organisation, allowing bKash customers to make payment of various fees at schools, colleges and Universities though their bKash accounts.  

The deal would facilitate bKash payment at 200 education institutes across the country which use Addie Soft provided software ODHYYON Education ERP, said a press release.

Mizanur Rashid, Chief Commercial Officer of bKash and Md. Shakib Rabbani, Managing Director of Addie Soft signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at bKash head office recently.

Among others, ATM Mahbub Alam, General Manager, Md. Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury, Lead-Key Account Management, Raiyaan Mahmood, Key Account Manager, Education of Commercial department of bKash and Dewan Saifuddin Ahammad, General Manager, Admin & Operations, Kawsar Ahmed, Project Manager of Addie Soft were also present at the signing ceremony.

Launched in 2011, bKash, a joint venture of BRAC Bank, US based Money in Motion, International Finance Corporation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Ant Financial, operates as a payment service provider offering broad range of mobile/digital financial services under the regulation of Bangladesh Bank.
