The Bangladesh Hockey Federation General Secretary AKM Mominul Haque Sayeed has been elected as the vice-president of the Asian Hockey Federation for the next four years.
The AHF congress and election were held in South Korea on Friday where Sayeed earned 29 votes in his favour to get elected as a vice-president.
The BHF Vice-president Abdur Rashid Shikder also was elected as a member of the AHF Executive Committee. Shikder was a member of the AHF EC Committee during the last two tenures as well.
