Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has placed 27-point proposal to reform state machineries.
The opposition party came up with the proposals as part of its bargaining with the government and ruling party ahead of the parliamentary polls to be held after one year.
BNP standing committee member Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain placed 27 point 'structural reforms of the state' at a press conference at hotel Westin in the capital on Monday afternoon.
