The High Court is set to hold tomorrow (Wednesday) hearing on rule which was issued questioning legality of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s cerebration of birthday on August 15.
A division bench of the HC comprising Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Mostafizur Rahman will hold the hearing.
Meanwhile, five organisations submitted documents relating to BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s birthday to the court on Tuesday.
The documents include Khaleda Zia's SSC certificate, NID card, marital certificate, passport, and birth certificate for admission to Ever Care Hospital.
Advocate Nahid Sultana Yuthi stood for the writ petitioner while Barrister AM Mahbub Uddin Khokon for Khaleda Zia.
The investigators claimed to have found three birthdays of Khaleda Zia on May 8, August 15 and September 5. BNP chief used various dates in various places.
Earlier, HC directed the authorities concerned to submit all documents related to Khaleda Zia's birthday.
