Daffodil International University has organised “Be A Media Star” competition offering up to 100% talent scholarship to study journalism and mass communication in its 4-year BSS (hons) programme.
The interested students can participate in the competition by writing or making a video report on the impacts of coronavirus pandemic in their own locality.To participate in the competition, the students are requested to complete the registration visiting this link: https://urlzs.com/r2LkGby May 25, 2021 in the first season.
The submitted reports will be evaluated and graded by expert judges. The grades will be A+, A and A-.
Those whose reports get A+ will avail themselves of 100% tuition fee waiver to while ‘A’ and ‘A-‘ graders will receive 50% and 25% tuition fee waiver respectively.
The students who have passed the HSC or equivalent examinations are eligible to participate in the “Be A Media Star” nationwide talent-hunt competition.
Department of Journalism and Mass Communication has organized the competition for the students who want to pursue their career in the media industry including broadcast, online, print and digital media.
DIU Department of Journalism and Mass Communication prepare the students with modern media skills for the industry with the help of a sophisticated media lab and a well-equipped TV/Radio studio.
