A fire broke out at Popular Diagnostic Centre near Dhanmondi City College in the capital.  

The fire incident took place at 8:20pm on Wednesday, according to media report.

Fire Service Control Room Operator Md Farhadul Alam confirmed it.

He said the fire incident took place at the first floor of the Popular Diagnostic Centre. Four fire fighting units rushed to the spot to bring the fire under control.

No casualties were reported in the incident instantly, he added.
