Mishkatul Zannat, younger sister of lecturer Imrana Bari of the English Department, got admitted to Social Science Department of the university on December 3.

She secured first position in the merit list of B unit’s entry test under social science faculty of the university by obtaining record mark, although she cut sorrow figures in A (Arts Faculty) and F (Life and Earth Science Faculty) unit exams of the same university.

Mishkatul Zannat, daughter of Enamul Bari of Gosaibari union of Bogura’s Dhunat upazila, participated in the admission tests of A and F units, but failed to pass the exams.

Assistant Professor Sohela Mushtari, also a coordinator of B unit admission test, said, “Lecturer Imrana Bari didn’t not inform the authorities of the university in black and white that her younger sister sat for the admission tests. We are embarrassed at the matter.”
