BSFMSTU VC pays homage to Bangabandhu

The Vice-Chancellor of Bangamata Sheikh Fajilatunessa Mujib Science and Technology University (BSFMSTU) Prof Dr Sayed Shamsuddin Ahmed paid tributes to father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreaths at his portrait in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi-32 in the city this morning (Saturday), said a press release.

After placing the wreath, VC Dr Sayed Shamsuddin said, ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is the source of our motivation to march forward. The country has been liberated under the charismatic leadership of Bangabandhu in 1971.’

‘Holding the ideology of father of the nation, we have to build a developed Bangladesh under the leadership of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,’ he added.

 Among others, Md. Khandakar Hamidur Rahman, Registrar of the university, the Controller of Examinations Dr Mohammad Anwar Hossain, Abdur Rezzak, Director of Finance and Accounts of the university, Dr A H M Mahbubur Rahman, Char of Social Work dept, Dr. Mahamudul Alam, chair of CSE dept, Dr. mohammad Shah jalal, chair of Mathematics dept. and other officers and employees of the university were also present.
