BASIS SoftExpo, the biggest exhibition in the country's software sector has begun today with the slogan ‘Technology for Prosperity’.
The three-day exhibition begun on March 19 and will continue till March 21 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), organized by the ICT Division and Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
This year, 3 special seminars will be organized in SoftExpo by Leveraging ICT for Growth, Employment and Governance (LITT) Project.
On Tuesday, a seminar titled ‘Education and Skills: Preparing for 4IR’ was held in Hall-01, for the preparation of the 4th Industrial Revolution in Bangladesh focuses on the need for education and skills.
Mustafa Jabbar, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology and senior officials from government and non-government organizations were present in the programme.
