Shahabuddin’s solo painting exhibition begins

Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Harsh Vardhan Shringla inaugurated a solo painting exhibition in the city on Saturday.

The Shanto-Mariam Foundation has organised the solo exhibition of World Renowned Artist Shahabuddin Ahmed at “Creative the Art Gallery” of the Foundation.

There were 25 drawings and 7 paintings in total 32 exhibits displayed in the exhibition, said a press release.

The opening speech was given by Artist Nasim Ahmed Nadvi and the Prominent Art Reviewer Mainuddin Khaled. 

Shanto-Mariam foundation’s founder chairman Freedom Fighter Md Imamul Kabir Shanto has given note of thanks on the occasion.

The event was coordinated by renowned singer Lily Islam.

Note That, Artist Shahabuddin is a recipient of Independence Award and Barcelona Olympiad Art and a Great Freedom Fighter.

He is one of the top fifty master painters of the World and he is awarded by the Highest Civilian Honor of France “The Knight”.

Vibrant line and dynamic character are the aesthetic features of Shahabuddin’s artwork. His Artwork represents the Libaration War, Motherland, Heritage and Culture regularly.

The main attraction of the event was the sparkling explanation of Artist Shahabuddin himself on his own artwork.

This three weeks long exhibition will open for the visitors every day 10.00am to 8.00pm from 30th September to 19th October 2018.
