A photography exhibition featuring works of 40 artists is scheduled to begin on Friday (24 Oct) at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA).

The two-day long exhibition will start at 3pm on Friday and end on Saturday at 8pm (25 Oct) in Gallery No-6 of the academy in Dhaka.

According to the organisers, this is not a corporate or sponsorship-driven exhibition, but rather an expression of our own efforts, imagination, and feelings where 40 photographers will share their personal stories, experiences, and thoughts through two of their own photographs.

Regarding the special aspects of the exhibition, the organisers said each photograph has been selected from the artist's unique perspective. Printing, framing, and display — everything has been completed through the collective effort of the participants.

It is not just an exhibition — it is a platform for learning, working together, and creativity, they said.

The exhibition will showcase a total of 80 artworks by 40 artists across diverse mediums.
