The US State Department has offered rewards of up to $10 million for information on several Iranian leaders, including Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, under its Rewards for Justice programme.
The department said the appeal targets “Iranian terrorist leaders” and noted that those providing credible information could be eligible for relocation.
“These individuals command and direct various elements of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which plans, organises and executes terrorism around the world,” the poster, shared on X by official account of the US Department of State’s Rewards for Justice program, said.
Officials the US is seeking information on include Minister of Intelligence Esmail Khatib, Deputy Chief of Staff Ali Asghar Hejazi, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi, Brigadier General Eskandar Momeni and Supreme Council secretary Ali Larijani.
