Death toll from Spain rail accident climbs to 21

The death toll from the collision of two trains in southern Spain on Sunday has risen to 21, Spain's Civil Guard police force told AFP.
The force did not release an official figure for the
injured, but emergency services in the southern region of Andalusia reported 25
seriously injured.
