    1. Dhairkhata
A model mosque and Islamic cultural centre in Dhairkhata, Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazila, remains unopened to the public as construction has stretched beyond four years. Originally scheduled for completion and handover by 24 March 2021, the project is still ongoing. While work on the outer boundary wall and interior and exterior beautification is underway, several key tasks, including the installation of water and electricity supply lines, are yet to be completed.
