Business Idea Competition Season 2 Held at ISU

The Business Club of International Standard University (ISU) successfully organized ‘Business Idea Competition Season 2’ at the university’s Mohakhali campus on Sunday afternoon. ISU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Abdul Awal Khan awarded prizes to the Champions and Runners-up teams.

Addressing the participants, the Vice-Chancellor encouraged students to continue developing innovative business ideas. “Where there is a problem, there is always potential. Only business can transform your current position and accelerate your journey forward,” he said.

He further added, “This is the era of youth, and their rise always inspires me. You must move ahead with ideas that can shape not only businesses but also nations. Alongside theoretical knowledge, the ability to innovate and develop creative ideas will set you apart and pave the way for career success.”

The panel of judges included S.M. Naser Iqbal, Advisor of the ISU Business Club, Farzana Chowdhury, Moderator of the ISU Business Club, SK. Shoaib Ahmed, Lecturer of the Department of English, and Mayesha Afia Zarin, Lecturer of the Department of Law. Also, present were Dr. Muhammad Kamruzzaman, Chairperson of the Department of Business Administration, along with faculty members and students from various departments.

At the event, Team Green Lanterns, comprising Tohid Ahmed Upom and Laijul Karim Jishan from BBA 9th Batch, was declared Champion. Team Future Frame, consisting of Muarrif Billah, Shayla Shabnam, and Sadia Akter from LLB 1st Batch, secured the Runners-up position.
