Zimbabwe A team are scheduled to tour Bangladesh for almost a month with the itinerary featuring three one-day matches and two four-day matches across three venues.
The tour will get underway with one-day matches at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogura on 8 and 10 June, before the party moves to Rajshahi Divisional Stadium where the final game of the one-day series will take place on 13 June.
The squad then moves to Sylhet International Cricket Stadium for two four-dayers, scheduled from 17–20 June and 23–27 June respectively, giving both sides valuable red-ball preparation ahead of their senior commitments later in the summer.
Bangladesh Cricket Board selectors have already submitted a 17-member primary squad for the one-day leg of the tour.
With the ongoing Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPL), the selection panel had to carefully navigate player availability amid a congested domestic schedule.
"Selectors have already submitted a 17-member team, but since the DPL is going on, we might have to shorten the team a little bit more, probably bring it down to 13 for the one-day series," said a source close to the development.
