Bangladesh dominate beach kabaddi with twin triumphs

Bangladesh enjoyed a commanding day at the Asian Beach Games kabaddi, with both men’s and women’s teams securing emphatic victories to underline their title ambitions.

The men’s side hammered Syria 54-23, sealing a massive 31-point win. Bangladesh set the tone early, storming to a 29-8 lead at half-time and never easing their grip.

Their raiders dominated throughout, repeatedly breaching Syria’s defence, while a disciplined backline ensured the opposition had no route back into the contest.

Earlier, the women’s team cruised past Thailand 51-34 in an equally assured display. They produced a balanced performance in attack and defence to outclass their rivals.

The twin victories significantly boost Bangladesh’s momentum and reinforce their strong standing in the competition.
