Pakistan all-rounder Khushdil Shah will feature in this year’s Bangladesh Premier League(BPL) as a direct signing for the Rangpur Riders, the franchise announced through its social media on Sunday. The all-rounder returns to Rangpur after a strong campaign last season.

"I am very excited for this year's BPL Bangladesh Premier League, and I am again playing this year in the Rangpur Riders team, and see you soon, inshallah," Khushdil said.

In T20Is, Khushdil has played 38 matches, batted in 33 innings, scored 434 runs, and taken 6 wickets. His BPL record highlights consistent contributions: for Rangpur Riders in BPL 2024/25, he played 10 matches, scored 298 runs, and claimed 17 wickets. In BPL 2024 2023/24 with Comilla Victorians, he featured in 6 matches, scoring 65 runs and taking 4 wickets. Earlier, in BPL 2023 2022/23, also for Comilla Victorians, he played 11 matches, producing 239 runs and 8 wickets.
